Grand Canyon, N.P.  On west wall near northeast corner of Park, in lat. 36° 15', long. 111° 58'.  Named for Peter R. Brady, Arizona pioneer, born Georgetown, D. C., 1825; graduate U. S. Naval Academy, 1844; resigned 1846; Lieut. Texas Rangers in Mexican War.  Came to Tucson in 1854, Special Agent U. S. Court of Private Land Claims in the Peralta-Reavis Land fraud case; State Senator in several legislatures, the last in 1898.  Died in Tucson, 1902.  Named by Frank  Bond.
