Sp. San Juan de Boquillas y Nogales. Small Mexican grant lying on both sides San Pedro river of which Fairbanks is about the center. Grant sold in 1853 to Ignacio Elias Gonzales and Nepomuceno Felix for the sum of $240. The U. S. Land Court granted 17,355 acres and rejected 29,721 of the 47,076 acres claimed. Title vested in George Hearst and Janet G. Howard. Now used as a cattle ranch by Haggin and Tevis of California.
