Map, Apache N. F., 1926.

In sec. 27, T. 6 N., R. 29 E.  In fall of 1880 two men brought some cattle from Texas and located them in these high mountains.  Heavy snows caused the death of them all.  Their bleaching bones marked the spot for years.
