In T. 9 S., R. 17 W. , south of S. P. R. R.  Two small buttes standing close together.  North peak is 1,416 feet, South peak, 1,409 feet in elevation.  "After a man named Baker who drove stage between Blue Water and Tucson.  Murdered by Mexicans in Dec. 1871."  Letter, Mrs. J. B. Martin, Salome.
