Apaches - Yuma or Yulkepai

One of the divisions of the Apache nation.  "Until 1904 there lived with the Apaches of Arizona a number of Indians of Yuman stock, particularly Mohave-Apaches or Yavapai but these are now mostly established at old Camp McDowell."  Hodge.

Farish says:  ""The word Yuma probably means "spotted belly sparrows."  He fails to say where he got the idea.
